Team Gives Back

TEAM International supports Kharkov Orphan House #3 which is home to children from 2 months to 4 years old. Started in November 2007, the program includes regular personal visits, donating goods and clothing, staff-fundraising events such as Toy Drives and Bake Sales. Recently TEAM assisted in building the new childcare center to maintain a special area for children with mental and physical challenges. TEAM's staff is always greeted warmly in the orphanage and we are regularly invited for orphanage events and performances.

TEAM's efforts are intended to cover orphans' needs such as food, clothing, medical check-ups, psychological and emotional support. It is also intended to attract local attention and awareness of social challenges in Kharkov. Recently we facilitated philanthropic giving by adding below a "Donate Button" to enable effortless donations. TEAM thanks everyone who is making relief possible – your support is greatly appreciated by children in need.

TEAM International is aspiring to achieve the highest possible standards in environmental and social responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential part of TEAM’s operations, aimed at encouraging employees to share the vision of giving back the community.

Over a four year period, TEAM International has implemented a variety of charity and philanthropic programs targeted at improving the quality of life in the local community. The Program is intended for community outreach to create a long-term sustainable difference in Kharkov. We see this as a terrific way of involving the whole company as well as concerned members of the community.
