Mid Level QA
• Intermediate English, written/spoken.
• Advanced theoretical knowledge in testing techniques.
• Work experience in testing, 1-3 years.
• Moderate theoretical knowledge and basic practical experience in databases (SQL, data structures), 1+ years.
• Discipline and strong attention to details.
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of any of software development methodologies/SDLCs (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies.
• Advanced use of Bug trackers.
• Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Test Plan, Test Cases, Check Lists, Reports.
• Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure.
• Desire for self improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.
• Experience in effort estimates.
• Abillity to read/understand UML diagrams.
• Strong attention to details and problem solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of internet technologies including familiarity with multiple browsers.

• Effective work with minimal supervision.
• Execute Test Cases.
• Write clear bug reports/steps to reproduce.
• Review/Validate requirements specifications.
• Create/maintain test environment, test scripts.
