Senior Flex Developer/Team Lead
• Advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Flex.
• Work experience in Flex technology, 2+ years.
• Work experience in Webservices (SOAP), 3+ years.
• Advanced knowledge of OOP concepts.
• Moderate theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 2+ years.
• Techical areas (Flex SDK, External Interface (communication with JS), Flex Frameworks (Mate, PureMVC), SOAP, AMF, Socket, MXML, Charting, AIR, SQLLite (AIR), XML processinf (E4X), Flex Tools and Libs (Ant, debuggers and etc.), Design Patterns).
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience in more than one of software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.)
• Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker.
• Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reporting.
• Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure.
• Abillity to read/understand UML diagrams.
• Practical experience in software design, documenting design solutions in design specifications, including usage of UML diagrams.

• Experience in effort estimates.
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced written/spken English.
• Discipline and strong attention to details.
• Experience in mentoring or Team Leading of 2-3 people.
• Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone) 1+ years.
• Desire for self improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.
• Effective independent work or with minimal supervision.
• Mentoring/Coaching other team members.
• Communication with customers.
• Presicely follow customer/management directions.
• Presicely follow software requirements specifications.
• Follow company policies, software development standards/processes/practices.
