Mar 16, 2006 - TEAM International Participates in AmCham Activities.
TEAM International’s HR manager recently attended the regular meeting of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham) in Kiev.
TEAM International joined AmCham, the leading non-governmental business association in Ukraine in December of 2005. AmCham is organized so that members participate in various committees based on current business and economic issues. TEAM International is a member of the HR, IT and Finance & Investment Committees.
On February 28, 2006, the HR committee held its regular meeting. TEAM International was represented by the company’s HR Manager. Other companies with participating representatives included Citibank-Ukraine, Toyota-Ukraine, Business Link, Japanese Tobacco Factory, Jacobs Café de Luxe, and Sun Interbrew Ukraine.
The most vivid presentations were made by the Development Manager for CBSD/Thunderbird Russia and a representative of JT International Ukraine. CBSD/Thunderbird presented a series of board simulations of various business scenarios, used for organizational training and team-building. The audience was invited to

actively participate in the demonstration. JT International Ukraine gave a presentation on joint ventures, particularly with US companies, and Ukrainian labor law compliance.
TEAM International believes participation in professional organizations, such as AmCham, is very important for the continued development of professional knowledge and skills at both the organizational and individual level. Consequently, TEAM International plans to continue participating regularly in AmCham and its committees.
