BullsEye is a large nationwide company collaborating with multiple providers such as AT&T, Verizon, etc. delivering multiple products inclusive but not limited to phone lines via analog as well as digital platform over IPs, and internet. This possesses challenges such as:

Also to ensure optimal utilization of high value labor in the US, they have implemented an elaborate order processing and reporting system which tracks every necessary KPI. These metrics stretch from sales through order processing to invoicing and finance and accumulate and analyze data.   • BullsEye chose a Dedicated Development Center engagement model that allows the Client to have a team completely dedicated to their business needs. Partnering with TEAM International for over 3 years, BullsEye has been able to establish a lot of the necessary APIs with the third-party products outside of the realms of the company as well as keep evolving as these third-party companies evolve their own systems. This has involved utilization of data integration tools.
  • Along with that, TEAM is responsible for maintaining a high level of system stability in terms of BullsEye’s quoting and order processing tools.
